CSSSR is a fast-growing IT-company that aims to make the world a more logical place. Currently, we are looking for a talented sales executive in the USA. We need your energy, passion, and initiative to drive awareness and new business acquisition for our company. You will be working with our great front-end development team.


  • be ready to acquire clients and deliver the first results in a short period;
  • analyze the territory/market’s potential, participate in the product positioning and defining of the sales strategy and sales plans;
  • perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to make them happy;
  • sell web development services and support;
  • establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • coordinate sales effort with other departments, build your own sales team in the future;
  • provide reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and new market opportunities;
  • prepare and submit sales contracts, coordinate the clients’ payments and deposits;
  • continuously improve through feedback.

  • proven min 3 years of work experience in web-development services sales;
  • ability to build productive business professional relationships;
  • excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
  • prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
  • relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
  • experience with G Suite, Jira, Confluence;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field;
  • US residence.
