Sales executive USARemote and full-time

CSSSR group is looking for a talented sales executive in the USA to offer its front-end development services for banks, insurance companies, airlines, and mobile network providers. We need your energy, passion, and initiative to increase our brand awareness and boost new business acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • be ready to acquire clients and deliver the first results in a short period;
  • analyze the territory/market’s potential, participate in the product positioning and defining of the sales strategy and sales plans;
  • perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to make them happy;
  • sell web development services and support;
  • establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • coordinate sales effort with other departments, build your own sales team in the future;
  • provide reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and new market opportunities;
  • prepare and submit sales contracts, coordinate the clients’ payments and deposits;
  • continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

  • proven min 3 years of work experience in web-development services sales;
  • ability to build productive business professional relationships;
  • excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
  • prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
  • relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
  • experience with G Suite, Jira, Confluence;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field;
  • US residence.
